As part of the celebrations for the 70th anniversary of the Portuguese Air Force, Air Base No. 5 in Monte Real opened its doors to the public, giving everyone the chance to get a little closer to the action. It was possible to watch several flight demonstrations by the national F-16s, and we had the presence of the Royal Danish Air Force's F16 Solo Display. There was also the chance for the lucky ones to take a flight in the C-130H of the 501st "Bisontes" Squadron.
